Itinerary
Following disembarkation, return to Cairo and enjoy a farewell dinner before transferring to your airport hotel for an overnight stay, preparing for your journey to Jordan the next day.
Accommodation: Le Meridian Airport Hotel or similar (1 night)
Fly from Cairo to Amman, Jordan’s vibrant capital. Upon arrival, transfer to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth. Check in to your resort and enjoy a relaxing evening by the water.
Accommodation: Movenpick Hotel or similar (2 nights)
Travel to Madaba, renowned for its stunning Byzantine mosaics, including the famous ancient map of Jerusalem. Continue to Mount Nebo, where Moses is said to have viewed the Promised Land. Return to the Dead Sea for a unique experience — floating effortlessly in its mineral-rich waters and enjoying the therapeutic mud. Take in a breathtaking sunset over the surrounding landscapes.
Journey to the legendary city of Petra, with a stop at Little Petra along the way. Enter through the dramatic Siq canyon and emerge before the iconic Treasury, one of the world’s most breathtaking archaeological sights.
Accommodation: Petra Pillars Hotel or similar (2 nights)
Explore more of Petra’s remarkable ruins before heading to Wadi Rum, a vast desert landscape of towering rock formations and sweeping sand. Enjoy a thrilling jeep excursion through this otherworldly terrain, famously featured in films such as Lawrence of Arabia. Return to Petra for the evening.
Travel north toward Amman, stopping at Shobak Castle, a historic Crusader fortress. Upon arrival in Amman, explore the city’s highlights, including the Roman Theatre, the Citadel, and the Archaeological Museum. Enjoy dinner before heading back to your day use room until 11:30PM.
Transfer to the airport for your early morning flight home, concluding your remarkable journey through Egypt and Jordan.
