The Seychelles are a rare tropical paradise—bright white sandy beaches meet azure waters, while inland, the lush green jungle is home to a wide range of bird species. This kind of beauty is enough to leave visitors speechless. On this cruise in the Seychelles, swim in secluded coves, explore uninhabited islands, and soak up the sun on some of the world’s most striking beaches.

Itinerary

In the late afternoon, join the ship in Mahé, the largest island in the Seychelles archipelago. After a welcome cocktail and a safety drill on board, the ship sets sail from the Port of Victoria to nearby Ste. Anne Island, located four kilometres off the coast of Mahé. Here, enjoy a refreshing swim off the ship and in the evening, a welcome dinner to celebrate the journey ahead. The ship moors here overnight.

This morning, the ship sets sail for Curieuse, a small uninhabited island that was once home to a leper colony. Home to giant tortoises, Curieuse boasts lovely beaches and secluded coves. A walking excursion with a local guide takes you through mangrove forests to a farm. After, you’ll return to the beach and be treated to a barbeque under the trees. The afternoon is yours to enjoy the sea, sand, and sun. The ship anchors here overnight.

The ship sails for Cousin Island, a nature reserve protected under Seychelles law, in the morning. Here, embark on an excursion to the Cousin Island Special Reserve, a bird sanctuary under the care of BirdLife International. Approximately 250,000 birds breed on this island, which is also home to several nesting beaches for sea turtles.

n the morning we leave for Aride. Our excursion by the island’s rangers will take you all the way to the top of the island for an amazing view of the island. The island is home to the Wright’s gardenia found nowhere else on earth and to bird species like the Audubon’s shear-water, the Seychelles warbler. At noon we sail for St Pierre Island. We reach St Pierre after lunch for a 3 hour snorkeling and swimming stop. At sunset, we leave St Pierre to sail into Baie St Anne, Praslin. Overnight at dock. Creole Night.

Baie St. Anne, Praslin. Optional excursion to the famous Vallee de Mai Reserve, a World Heritage site. You will explore the pathways under tall palm trees which produce the famous Coco de Mer and you might sight a black parrot only found in Praslin. Afternoon sailing to Felicite for swimming, snorkeling or optional diving excursion on this uninhabited island. Evening sailing to La Digue. Evening arrival at La Digue. Anchor in front of the Port. Overnight.

This morning, set off on an optional half-day excursion on La Digue. This quaint community is among the most photographed in the Seychelles—and for good reason. Here, you’ll travel by bus to the Veuve Nature Reserve and through the Union Plantation to the beach at Anse Source d’Argent. Arriving at l’Union Estate, enjoy a tour of the copra kiln, a traditional coconut mill, and the colonial plantation house. Marvel at some of the Seychelles most impressive rock formations while enjoying a refreshment.

Short guiding tour around the island and time for swim. Beach BBQ on the island. This is a last opportunity for snorkelling and swimming. We leave Moyenne Island for Mahe’s Victoria Port in the afternoon. Late afternoon, we reach the Inter island Quay, Mahe. Captain’s Farewell Dinner with live music and dancing. Overnight in Mahe.

This incredible Seychelles cruise comes to an end in Mahé. Disembark in the morning and prepare for your onward journey.
